These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Felax — Spa Connecting App. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Marketplace & Connecting Platform Role

Felax is a Spa Connecting and Discovery Platform. We facilitate connections between wellness seekers and independent third-party spa hosts and therapy centers. Felax does not operate physical spas nor employ therapists directly. The physical wellness treatments, consultations, and in-person sessions are provided entirely by independent spa establishments.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• You must provide genuine contact details when requesting appointments or connecting with spa hosts.
• You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes.
• Falsified reviews or abusive booking inquiries will result in immediate termination of account access.

3. Spa Host Verification & Quality Standards

• All spas listed on Felax are vetted through our administrative onboarding process before publication.
• Spa partners agree to uphold strict standards of cleanliness, private and sanitized suites, certified therapy staff, and honest pricing.

4. Treatment Bookings & Payments

Appointment slots, treatment customizations, and payments are settled directly between you and the spa venue, unless explicitly stated as an official prepaid platform offer.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Felax exercises care in verifying host listings, Felax is not responsible for physical injury, allergic reactions, personal property loss, or scheduling cancellations occurring at third-party spa premises.
